Lexie Lee started Flexi Bites with one conviction: snacking doesn't have to be a compromise. Real food should taste great, fuel your day, and never leave you guessing what's in it.
What began as a personal mission to eat better snacks turned into a small-batch operation at The Healthy Food Factory in Boca Raton — rolled by hand, packed with care, and rolled out to the places that care about what they're putting on their shelves.
Flexi Bites is still a kitchen brand. We keep our batches small because that's how we control the quality. Every bite that leaves our space was made by people who actually care.

Every Flex Bite is rolled, shaped, and packed by a real person at The Healthy Food Factory in Boca Raton. We keep batches small because that's how we control the quality.
The menu
Two product lines, one standard
We make plant-based protein balls and edible cookie dough — both gluten-free, soy-free, and 100% vegan. The cookie dough is safe to eat raw or bake; the protein balls have a keto/sugar-free option.

Hi, I'm Lexi! I started Flexi Bites in my own Boca Raton kitchen with one BIG mission: to make snacking wholesome, delicious, and a whole lot more fun.
Every bite I make is crafted with real ingredients and a whole lot of heart, because I believe wellness shouldn't taste like a compromise.
