Meet Lexie.
Lexie Lee is the founder of Lexie's Wholesome & Delicious — and the person who decided that snacking shouldn't be a compromise.
Frustrated by the lack of snacks she could actually feel good about eating, she started making Flex Bites in her own kitchen. What began as a personal project became a small-batch operation, rolled by hand, packed with care, and rolled out to the places that care about what they're putting on their shelves.
Lexie's isn't VC-backed or factory-scaled. It's still a kitchen brand. That means every Flex Bite that leaves our space was made by people who actually care — starting with Lexie herself.

The Kitchen
It started with a frustration
Lexie couldn't find a snack she actually felt good about eating. Everything she tried had ingredients she couldn't pronounce, or tasted like a compromise. So she started making her own.
The First Batch
Rolled in an apartment kitchen
The first Flex Bites were made with a hand mixer, a baking sheet, and a lot of trial and error. She gave them to friends, family, and local café owners who asked what was in them — and actually wanted to know.
The First Order
48 bags, one weekend
A specialty food shop in her neighborhood placed an order for 48 bags. Lexie rolled through a weekend to fill it. She never looked back.

Still a kitchen brand
Lexie's is still exactly what it started as — a small-batch kitchen operation. The team has grown. The flavors have expanded. The mission hasn't changed.
